Hi @hectorcam a linking between sections is currently not possible in Elements. But I will try to implement something easy to “manually” do so.

Yes, both horizontally and vertically will be in the next version 
I miss one thing and thats a vertical sidebar menu, like the one from the Holos project.

I have a sidebar ready in another project I haven’t released so far - still needs some work. You can see it here: Studio Project
I will release fleXon 1.1 next week with two new segments “Timeline” and “FAQ” and in total around 15 new sections.
The “Sidebar” segment with probably 4 to 6 sections will be added in fleXon 1.2.
@WeaverPixel i’ll be back home from my vacation on September 4th.. i’ll buy the Flexon then! Maybe a stupid question: when you do updates in the Flexon project, do i need to reinstall it from the marketplace or will i get a notification?

Realmac is planning some important improvements to the Marketplace regarding Elements and Components. We have to wait what exactly the update process for components is when they are in place. I am expecting a very smooth process.
Until that is in place the current process is as follows. You are purchasing fleXon and all my templates via Fastpring. They take care for a correct taxation and the delivery. After purchase you are getting an email with a download link. Store the email, with this download link you will be able to get always the latest version.
I will post new versions always here in the forum, on the marketplace and on my website.

How do you install as a component?

thank you for purchasing fleXon. Unfortunately I had to remove the component part as I was noted by Realmac that it infringes their API regulations. So currently, you can use it as a project file as described in the manual.
I hope that soon I can bring back the component part again as it is more elegant than using a it as a project file. The functionality is the same.
That is totally not right. I would not have purchased had I known that. I will just file it away in hopes that the components come back. I assume I will get them free if it is before Version 2.
Fully understand that @bobsimoneau. What I can assure you is that the components part will come back as a free update. In the meantime give it a try with the project file.
There is also a 30 days money back at Fastspring for a refund if you want.
If I use just one section, wouldn’t they all get uploaded, since they are on the project file?
Yes they are in the project file but Elements uploads only the pages with the sections used on the pages. So no waste of space on your website. Only your project file will be larger.
At the moment I only have three websites to maintain, and two are already converted to Elements. Starting again with a new project file and rebuilding would be crazy, especially since you can not copy sections from one project to another. I think I will consider that refund, and keep an eye on your library. Sorry.
Would be really happy to approve the refund. My customers should be comfortable with the product and not feeling they have paid for the wrong one.
But one thing, you can easily copy in Elements the sections from one project to the other. I am doing this currently for a customer project. I have the fleXon project file open, then I select the section I want to use, press command+c. Then going to the customer project, click in the preview screen and press command+v. Thats all.
You are correct, I just tried it, and it worked first try. I will be keeping your product, as the sections are real professional looking. Thanks for the guidance.
