I have a number of galleries, each showing one image but containing a folder of 3 or 4 images of the same piece. These work well but I can’t work out how to get the Caption/Description and Author to show in the Lightbox.
Have asked the Elements bot but no answer there.

Agree that cation would be a very useful additional option for the Lightbox
We’re very close to shipping a new Gallery Pro component. It’s designed specifically for advanced users who need finer control over layout, metadata, and lightbox behaviour. From what you’ve described, it should cover exactly this use case. It’s on track to be available very soon, likely later this month.

Can you put your label/ description and image into a container and then use transform to make the image and container zoom to larger size such as say, hovering over it?
