For that amount of text, I would use the Typography Component and not a Text Component. Alternatively, put each review in its own Text component in a vertical flex and set the gap in the flex.
Can you show your settings? I have the exact same layout as you but it publishes fine.
I have simply put a Container on the page and dragged in the Text component. Your issue could be related to Grid settings? Not sure but as a test I would put a Container on that page and drag the text into it and see what happens.
Could also put ‘Reviews’ as another text field in the same container and do away with the grid altogether if you don’t need its functionality.

I had no problems until today I just had a little update and the text box just changed I wasn’t even changing that page. I have now put a typography box in it and copied the text across and it seems to be working again thank you everyone for your help
