Do I have to use the TopBar as the navigation for Foundation? I like using Foundation for my projects, but I would like to change things up once in a while so not everything looks the same. I was just wondering of there was something else I could use without re-investing the wheel?

There are really a myriad options open to you from building menus from the various Foundation navigation stacks other than TopBar, to customising TopBar itself with a little CSS or using some of my BWD stacks to help you along the way. Many users have made some wonderful looking sites that look nothing like the “stock” TopBar.
Most of my demo sites are designed to show possibilities rather than be a finished design but here are a few that may give an small idea of what is possible in terms of varied navigation even when using TopBar. Add to this the possibilities of using OffCanvas, Side-Nav and Inline-Nav in various combinations and most things are possible with a little imagination.
A couple of these are kindly provided by users, but I think you will agree that they certainly don’t all look the same .
