Playing around with Holos

Anyone knows where this pop-up is coming from in the sample Holos site?
When clicking an image in the sample site will pop this image or something similar. Could not find where this is coming from
Would like to know

1. How to create it?
2. How to remove it?
3. Where it is located?

Look for the “Modal” items in the page layout. In the inspector there is a swich to reveal them under “Settings”.
