Pop-up that appears when someone is about to leave the site

Is there a stack that will generate a popup that appears when someone is about to leave the site.

I have seen these used to good effect on other people’s sites and fancy adding one to mine.

I am thinking along the lines of a popup that contains my "Before you go’ message.
