Video file uploads are disabled on the forum to save server space, but you can upload GIF files as a workaround.
If you need to post something like a .mov or .mp4 file, it would need to be uploaded to an external service and then posted here. For example Share Videos Online for Free | Jumpshare or https://www.file.io/ (which is owned my LimeWire, ah early 2000 memories.
