Preview: double slash in URL

When I preview a page, the URL in Safari is: http://127.0.0.1:52934//page/

There is a double slash after the port number. On a published site there is only one. This means code (especially PHP) between the Preview and Published is not consistent.

I guess it is because each Element project is down one-level in the common server but it would be nice to get this fixed.
