There appears to be a problem with the Text component. If you select and delete all of the text in the component and then click out of it to another component. You can never get back into the component to enter text. I have tested this numerous times now and am never able to get back into the text…

Yeah, this is a known issue :grimacing: We just need to add a way to get back into the editing box (or add back in some default text) if it’s empty.

@dan and @ben I just ran into this bug from 6 months ago. It’s not fixed yet as far as I can tell. Is there a fix I can’t find? I’m trying to make a Template with empty text fields.

Yes, this is a very annoying bug; hopefully it will be fixed in the not-too-distant future. It has caught me on many occasions.

I don’t understand why this longstanding problem has not been fixed. There are so many of these little things that seem to be slipping through the cracks.
