Problems with Page Settings Panel

@dan I have found if I try to position the Page Settings panel at the bottom of the page list panel, not all of the settings are visible. There appears to be no way of resizing the panel to expose the hidden settings. It works fine when left in the default location. But I would like to have it located with the page list as I normally have that hidden until needed.

Resizing the page list panel has no effect on the visibility of the settings.

Is this a known problem?

Normally, the Page List panel is hidden. Of course today when I went to get this screenshot it worked when I added the page settings to the bottom of the page list. So it appears to have fixed itself magically.

Before only half of the page settings would be visible.
