After upgrading to Elements 2, none of my files publish (it fails to sign in to the server). I am using the same publishing details as Elements 1. The folder browse button no longer works; it just times out. The Elements Cloud returned an error, and I had to re-enter my details. I have had to halt my team’s work. I hope this issue is fixed quickly
Try removing your publishing destination and re-adding it, that should resolve the issue for you.
Also, is there any reason you haven’t upgraded to Elements 3? This latest version has 100’s of fixes and improvements!
