Publishing Issue: Sign-In Details Incorrect

Hello,

I made a small change to the text within my site. When I went to publish it I was unable to and receive the following message:

Couldn’t sign in to your SFTP server: You sign-in details are incorrect, please re-enter them and try again. Transfer Failed

I have made no changes to the server details. Moreover I don’t even know where to go to try to make these changes and rectify this.

Is anyone able to help me understand:

  1. What this all means?
  2. And more importantly how to resolve it.
