For a couple of months my Rapidweaver Classic won’t open, when I try downloading it again the new download usually does open, but eventually that fails too. The latest download 9.6.3 won’t open either. When I open holding down the Option key it does open. When I go to Library> Application Support > there is no Rapidweaver or Realmac there to pull out. When I go to Library> Preferences> there is no Rapidweaver or Realmac .plist file to pull out. How do I find which plugin is causing the problem?

If you aren’t seeing any error message pop-up that shows which plugin(s) might be causing a problem, you’d have to troubleshoot via process of elimination. I’d recommend getting rid of any old/outdated plugins first. For example the Blocks plugin has been crashing the newer versions of Classic for awhile. You can delete old/outdated plugins in Classic by right-clicking on them in the Settings window and then selecting Delete Plugin:
