Hi Weavers,
We’re excited to announce that RapidWeaver Elements 3.0.9 Beta is now available
This update makes Tables easier to configure, improves pagination behaviour, and provides a better preview while editing.
What’s New in Elements 3.0.9 Beta?
Table: Grouped search and pagination settings into their own inspector sections for easier setup.
Table: Sorting now resets to page 1 to avoid empty or confusing pages.
Table: Added optional First and Last pagination buttons and localisable pagination text.
Table: Fixed the pagination counter to show correct page numbers instead of raw {{page}}/{{total}} placeholders.
Table: Fixed display issues in edit mode so tables preview correctly while editing.

Hi @D.Stempnakowski ,
Sorry to hear that! I can see the crash report so I’ll dive in and get that fixed.
Cheers
I’ve noticed this occurs when adding a .jpg image. If I convert the image to PNG I don’t experience the problem.

Oh that’s interesting, is it a specific .jpg image?

So if I am in the middle of my paid year will V3 be free?

Hi @TomM ,
Yes. If you’re still inside your year of updates, 3.0 is included. The license itself doesn’t expire; you’d only need to renew if you want updates after that year is up.

Free?? As far as I know, Elements is subscrption only. You cannot buy it.

And if one cancels the subscription, you are able to keep the software, but without updates. HOWEVER, you will not be able to get rid of the text ”Made with Elements” on the page. Very smart tactics to keep people subscribing. But, OK, you can keep the software.

Hi @Skansen ,
Elements isn’t a subscription. You buy a license and that includes a year of updates. The license itself doesn’t expire — if you don’t renew, you keep the version you have, you just don’t get newer updates.
The “Made with Elements” badge is only on the Base license. Plus and Pro don’t have it.

Actually, that’s not entirely true. Plus and Pro users can optionally add the super awesome badge. I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t
