Set up a RapidWeaver Elements form with autoreply, Google Sheets, and access to submitted data

RapidWeaver Elements – Setting Up a Form with Autoreply, Google Sheets Integration, and Data Access

Hello everyone,

I’m giving this another try and hope someone can help me.

I have created a form using RapidWeaver Elements and would like to achieve the following workflow:

  1. Form submission: A customer fills out the form on my website and submits it.

  2. Automatic confirmation (autoresponder): The customer automatically receives a confirmation email after submitting the form. This is the feature I haven’t been able to set up yet, and I would appreciate some guidance on how to configure it in Elements.

  3. Google Sheets integration: The submitted form data should automatically be sent to a Google spreadsheet and stored there.

  4. Access to submitted data: The customer should have a link to access the form and view the information they have already submitted.

My questions:

How can I implement this entire workflow in RapidWeaver Elements and connect all the individual functions?

I’m looking for a clear, step-by-step guide. Ideally, I would like to use only the built-in features of Elements, without purchasing additional plugins or relying on paid third-party services.

In RapidWeaver Classic, this workflow worked very well with Forms 2. I would like to know whether and how the same functionality can be achieved in Elements.

The two most important features for me are the automatic confirmation email and the direct transfer of form submissions to Google Sheets.

Thank you very much for your help!

Hallo zusammen,

Why not have an AI write you a custom form element that supports these conditions? As long as no developer offers something like Forms2 for Elements, it’s not going to work.

The form is already finished. It’s about INTEGRATION.

The form is already done. It’s about INTEGRATING it.
