Rearranging pages and folders

Since updating Elements to v. 1.0, I am unable to move folders and pages in the page manager to wherever I want to by drag and drop. Anyone else have this problem? Folders that are within pages are not able to be moved out to the top level.
I was just getting started with my first try of Elements. I did restart the application and the computer without any change.

We’ve not seen this reported by others (yet)… Can you share your project via Element Cloud so we can find out what’s going on and ship a fix ASAP!

Impossible/difficult to move pages up or down. They end up as a sub page.
