Where should I save my document to see it in my Recent Projects?
Actually I have been saving it into my iCloud folder I created, but I can I use this folder as default to see at my Recent Projects?

We let macOS handle the recent documents, and sometimes they can be wiped (after a system upgrade or for no apparent reason…). It’s a little annoying to say the least, but we have no control over this. We do plan to write our own “recent projects” list at some point to make the list more reliable.
The projects will still be in your iCloud; you’ll just need to open them up again in Elements, and once you do, they will start to populate the “Recent Projects” list again.
