Is there a way that I can reduce space between sub-menu items on Nav pulldown without affecting the Nav bar spacing ?
controls both

Solved … OK - think I got it … thanks for looking !!
Glad you got it sorted!
Actually I haven’t. Adding the following CSS code fixed the spacing issue on desktop, but created a new problem on mobile (menus stopped working on mobile). Advice welcome : )
#mainNav li, #mainNav .nav-icon {
height: 45px;
}
You might want to contact Will directly, as he still supports his stacks, I believe.
