Responsive Design 2 rows to 2 columns

Hi

I want to make a responsive link page. 2 columns 2 rows. In mobile view only one column. Which Projects shall I use.

I’ve tried a container with 1 column and 1 flex row and duplicated them. I simply can’t make it work. This is an old page not responsive made in Rapidweaver 6.

Ah-ha! You can create this type of layout yourself with just a few basic components, it might seem quite complex at first but if you learn this, you’ll be able to create all sorts of awesome designs

Here’s a “quick” video I recorded to show you how to do this:

If you get stuck please feel free to post any questions here on the forum

Sorry to be a pain not been at a computer last couple of days as I have man flu! Have you added the download projects for the premium apps purchased e.g. Card Flip. Gallery Pro etc to the store for download when opening new projects yet? TIA

@Dan Thank you SO much. This is just what I needed. Now I understand it much better, so I can use it in other places. I really loved the video The best way to for me is using videos.

I also like the Demo Project file you provided.

I think you should upload the video to your YouTube Channel. It’s great because it show in a simple way how Elements works. And that’s what beginners needs.

Hi @dan ,
I agree, the videos are really well done and teach the different functions available.

Some of them have automatic audio translation into French, which is convenient for me, but not all of them, which is a shame. Subtitles are available, but they’re less practical.

Keep up the good work, it’s really great

Thanks so do I! So thats a no to projects then?

As I’ve said before, it’s on the list to do.

I know I’m a pain my wife told me at least 20 times today. If I purchase a premium product and get the sample projects as per video launch e.g. Before and After its there in the “New Project Section”, yet the Card Flip and Gallery Pro aren’t, I assume that there is a way to do this as its already there for some. So my moan is I have paid for a premium product and I would expect the project file to be there? So smack my wrist but surely this would be uploaded at time of launch? OK back off to bed now for a lie down as my head hurts!

Card Flip and Gallery Pro do not come with sample projects. They are add-on Components, not Projects. We may update these sample products to include projects at a later date.

In the meantime if you’d like me to process a refund for those items without projects, please email support@realmacsoftware.com.
