I am trying to find a responsive theme that is still supported, Elixir Graphics have shut down and I was using Voyager. Need to move as it uses an outdated and unsecure jQuery.

I can really recommend the Themes from http://www.multithemes.com/
They are well supported over all the years. I have some pretty old ones from them and still getting updates.
Beside that, you can go to https://marketplace.realmacsoftware.com/ there is a category for themes.
