I’m just setting up RT Digital Downloads on a new UK website and have noticed something I wasn’t expecting.
In the Buy Button component, the Currency dropdown only offers:
There doesn’t appear to be an option for GBP (£).
Am I missing a setting somewhere, or is GBP support not available yet?
As the site is UK-based and uses Stripe, I’d really like to charge customers in pounds.
If Roberto sees this, is GBP planned for a future update?

Great question, Jasem and good news: new currencies are on the way. I’m planning to roll out an update in the coming week, maybe on Monday, that adds several new currency options to RT Digital Downloads, including GBP (£) alongside USD and EUR. So you’ll soon be able to charge your UK customers in pounds through Stripe as expected.

Hi @Jasem and everyone else. The component RT Digital Downloads has been updated, now with support for GBP and other currencies. In next release, other currencies will be added, after the necessary tests. Thank you

Can I ask, I have 10 digital downloads in my store and the 1st one is a Free download, the rest are all paid. How can I set up this product so I still capture the customers email but no need for Stripe? so can I just enter a £0.00 fee or do I need to do something else?
I will use Stripe for the paid downloads.
