We wanted to let you know that we’ll be performing a hardware upgrade on our UK London 02 hosting server during off-peak hours on Saturday, 8 August, starting at 00:00 BST (midnight).
As part of this maintenance, we’ll be increasing the server’s specs to provide additional resources and support for future growth.
The upgrade requires the server to be briefly powered off while the new resources are applied. During this time, websites and services hosted on the UK London 02 server will be temporarily unavailable.
We expect the interruption to last only a few minutes, although we’ve scheduled a longer maintenance window to allow plenty of time for the upgrade to complete and for us to carry out post-upgrade checks.
No action is required on your part. Once the upgrade has been completed, all websites and services will resume automatically.
