I went to open Elements today and now all of a sudden it’s asking me to buy it again? Why?
I activated it months ago.

You can always use our license lookup system on our website here Realmac Software - License & Billing Support
If you can’t locate your license using either the License Recovery or the Billing Manager option, let me know and I can get your license key out to you manually.
Tried that….
It sends me an email… which sends me to a website… which displays no licensing information….
Where would the original license code be sent from? I’ll try searching my e-mail…

Your license key would be on the “Orders” tab once you get logged into the Billing Manager. It’s highlighted in red, and you might have to scroll down the page to your original purchase date.
