I have uploaded 3 or 4 times this morning without a problem.
Now getting a ‘failed initialisation’

Resetting SFTP password made no difference.
Ok resolved.
Not sure how it happened, but quitting and restarting Elements seems to have cured the problem.
I had just been making a few changes to a single page and had uploaded successfully 3 or 4 times, on the 5th time it failed initialisation.
I’ll let you know if it happens again.
Thanks @DazFisher, sounds like this might have been more of an Elements issue, rather than a Hosting issue.
Either way, I’m glad you got it sorted!

I have run into this as well. Restarting elements always fixes it.
