How do I revert to the current non beta version?
I’m trying to SFTP using Elements and I keep getting a connection failed error. If I use the exact same parameters in Transmit it works…
Thanks.

@LEZ I had the same problem and I tried FileZilla, Transmit, Cyberduck to verify the settings and then finally got it right on Elements (3.0.2).
Do you might sharing a few details?
Interesting Vivek.
I was getting ready to send you a screenshot of the FSTP settings and I spotted that I had added :22 to the end of the Server address. I had been looking at the Transmit settings and noticed that the port was specified and I did some Googling and discovered that adding :22 at the end of the server address would make sure 22 was used. I was desperate at this stage to find a solution so I put this in and then forgot I had as the Elements Server address box wasn’t big enough to show the extra letters.
So I removed that just now and it uploaded fine. But I only added that after trying numerous times without using that suffix and failing. Here is a screen shot of the current FSTP settings that work.
Thanks for responding. L
Well done figuring out the issue!
I have not look at the ‘Override Website Address’ myself, so won’t stress ![]()
As for the Public Key, it’s a different way to authenticate with the server, right now you are using username/password rather than certificates. So, again not to worry.
It would have been good for this form to be dynamic and show relevant fields. But I guess those are aesthetics.
It’s a work in progress and nowhere near what I want
. I’m a retired photographer and my landlady, who is a riding instructor, was holding a class. I just went to check it out and took some casual snaps. But the women that I shot wanted some prints. I started looking at some online services that allow punters to order prints, but I wanted to keep it low profile and simple.
So I asked Claude to help me and after a few iterations there was something that worked. But it doesn’t show as editable pages in Elements. Just a bare page with resources, to so customize I have to edit the text of the .PHP, .CSS docs. I’m going to have a go at making another version that integrates better with Elements.
