Sharing a blog post to social media

When I share a blog post to platforms like Facebook, I’m having issues with Open Graph. Instead of the actual post title, it displays as: Blog Name - {{item.title}}

How can I get it to display the actual title of the post?

I’m experiencing exactly the same issue when sharing my blog posts.
