Site preview error

the site i was building was working fine and suddenly now when i try the preview option it’s not working with the following types of error code:

and trying to preview the home page just gives me
”safari can’t open the page”

I hope I haven’t lost everything I’d done, i’d basically finished :-(**

Can you try restarting your Mac, that should fix the issue for you.

Let me know how you get on.

P.S. Don’t worry, you won’t have lost anything in your project.

This isn’t usually a problem, but it seems because you don’t have a web address set in the project settings it’s not rendering correctly in Preview :grimacing:

Add a web address and preview will start working again.

Let me know if that fixes the issue for you, (it did here), and we’ll get this properly fixed in a future build of Elements!

P.S. I’d also recommend resizing/optimising your images before adding them to the project, this will keep your project smaller, and make your website (and preview) load much faster!

I noticed some of your images were over 7MB! Large images should still be well under 1MB (ideally).
