Slider of elements other than images?

I have not found a component to use as a slider of elements other than images. I take it that this element does not yet exist, can you confirm this?

Correct, a carousel/slider component that will allow you to add anything into it is on the roadmap – we just need to add some additional API calls/UI to make this work nicely before we fully implement it!
