I noticed (new to me) pricing for Elements Studio that mentions “small teams”. Is there more info about this? How does it work? Can multiple people actually work on the same Project somehow? (Asking for a friend

Great to hear your friend is interested in a Teams License!
Not at the moment, collaborative project editing isn’t something we currently support. That said, it’s definitely something we’ve thought about, and we have a clear vision for how we’d like to implement it in the future. It won’t be landing in the near term, but it’s absolutely on our radar.
In the meantime, if you’re working in a small team, we recommend creating and maintaining Dev Components in a shared GitHub repo (for common design patterns) That way, everyone can pull down updates and contribute, it’s actually the same setup we use internally at Realmac!
