Sticky Menu in Mobile view

Hi Friends,

1. How to use Sticky Menu for One-pag web? Let’s say I want to put the paragraph topic name in the menu.
2. If I made a sticky one without using the one given in Templates, how could I set it in order to turn the topic name into the dash line while previewing in mobile format?

Maybe someone knows how to make one with Templates Sticky Menu, please help me.
