Still having trouble (rank beginner) with using CMS to create a blog

Dan, Ben,

Two things:

  1. I’m still having trouble receiving an emailed link to Elements Cloud before the timer runs out. Still not enough time in Elements 1.4.1.

  2. I’m really trying to replicate a blog that I have been using for 12 years in RWC (using the RWC blog).

If you look at my project, you can see how far I’ve gotten - not far. I’m a bit confused between the Dev Diary 75, 79, and 93. I’ve got a container inserted to my blog page, but am not clear, between all the examples I’ve seen, as to what to add next, and where to put the “posts” entry, whether I still need a “cms” folder in my pages entries, etc.

Is there any way you guys could update the old appleseed project, and show explicitly, with the current release, where these components, files and folders exist?

I decided to wait until everything is completed and there’s a downloadable project…

I understand the need to tinker and play and try… especially if you are wanting it up Now….

Perhaps :thinking: wait? Or do you need it now?
