Store update?

Hello and good morning,

Whenever I go to the store and then on update, a 1 appears.

Then I go to update and the 1 is gone. So far so good. If I now finish Element and restart it again then I have the 1 again as in the picture. How can that?

Hi @Blumik,

Can you try uninstalling the addon by clicking the cog and choosing “Uninstall”, then going to the Purchases tab and reinstalling it. Hopefully that does the trick.

Did you happen to have the first versioned flexon installed which did not come from the store but directly?

I only had the first version and then Flexion 2.0 came out, so I wrote with Marcus and he says I should download it from the store, delete the other one and then install it. That’s what I did.

please uninstall the add-on as @tpbradley suggests. If this does not help, follow the steps @logrunner has posted. If you need additional help, please drop me note.

I just deleted a file in the directory that was mentioned in Logrunner, «com.weaverpixel.flexon-v1-b1.elementspack», and now it works.
