Strange code in elements essentials forms modern

The select inquiry button sends strange code see below

That’s the unique ID of the component, you need to give each form element a name otherwise it will display the ID as a fallback.

Changed the name to “select an option”

@dan I haven’t been able to upload any projects to the cloud for about 3 months or so…

You’ve probably run out of cloud storage, you’ll need to delete some old files to make room!

You can find out how much storage you’re using in your Account details:

It is at ‘0’ tried logging out and logging back in also

I think it needs to be reset on your end…

I also have an issue with accounts page. Progress bar keeps going back and forth and says I have used -0.11GB of space.

Just 2. Under 100MB. Uploading no problem.

Just that issue with accounts page. From the get go. Always has been like that.

You’ve got responsive options on the text field, not sure why you switched that on (you also shouldn’t be able to do that). For now, remove the blue dot on the “Name” field for all breakpoints.

Never heard of Enquiry before… had to look it up

A field label in the essentials form…

The difference between enquiry and inquiry comes down to where you are in the world and the formality of the situation.

Summary

• If you are writing for an American audience, just use inquiry.
• If you are writing for a British/Commonwealth audience, use enquiry for questions and inquiry for investigations.
