This is great !!
It’s great to finally be filling in some of these missing components to further round out Elements. It really is starting to shape up into a complete system 
option for responsive and scroll in the horizontal direction, rest of pages doesnt scroll for wider tables???
you can size the table responsively, and if you want horizontal scrolling on mobile you could place the Table in a Container, and setting the Container’s overflow to scroll
