Using latest version of Elements Plus.
Purchased two templates (Cordial & Ascent) from marketplace.
When I went to install them I received errors for each one, and they are not listed with all the other templates in the ‘Choose a project’ page.
However, oddly they ARE listed under ‘Recent projects’.
What am I doing wrong?

a small clarification, mine are projects, not templates even if they may seem like the same thing
When you open the DMG file, drag the project to your computer. From that point on, you can use it without any problems.
It’s not present in the internal panel because it’s not part of the internal resources. now you can see only free product (5 are mine )
You’re giving me the opportunity to explain the sales policy (one I’ve had with RW products for almost 20 years). ..and I apologize for the long explanation
RMS’s policy is to centralize the resources within the program, but it’s optional, and I and other developers are waiting for the store to be released to others (which isn’t yet available for third-party commercial products).
Currently, there’s no information in the guide about this, and the misunderstanding is understandable.
This doesn’t affect the quality of the products and isn’t useful for projects (any project) because even if you can download them again (including any updates), they won’t have any effect on your current project (the one you’re working on). Unlike with themes with RW Classic, where replacing or updating a theme updated the entire project, Elements works differently and themes are a different thing.
In the internal store (which is still under development), it’s very useful to have the components available because they can be updated without modifying the project (and in future you will even preview them! and I think it’s really the game changer!).
The rest, however, isn’t; all the templates and projects will always require your manual work. The convenience is having them in the archive rather than on your computer, and this is useful. so in all cases in which you start your ‘project’ I will lose the direct connection with the store except for components (when they become available for purchase in the store), I had its original copy but they are disconnected
Regarding my products, things may change in the future, it is an environment still under development. in any case you can redownload the project from the original link and ask me support whenever you need it.
