Text and Button Over Header Image?

Hello (again)- Apologies for all the questions: Redoing my site ofter 2yrs of neglect :frowning:

Ok, I know I’ve done this before, but can’t remember how I did it: Put ‘cycling’ text and a button over the header image.

Goal: Put some transitioning customer quotes and a button in the center of my header image. I’ve enclosed a generic example
Setup: Latest RW, Latest Stacks on 10.11.6- Michael David’s Endeavor Theme

I thought about using JW’s target stack. Is this the best way to go? I want the text in the center to cycle between about 5 customer quotes (just in text) and have the button just stay consistent. Everything would need to be transparent so it doesn’t interrupt the header image too much.

Ideas, tips, thoughts?
