Text box Move/Overlap

Hi Guys,

I’m trying to move the blue text box so that it overlaps with the above block background. I’m using Parallaxis theme. I’ve tried using ‘Sections Fix’, ‘Sections Pro’, and moving the ‘Blueprint’ stack up and out, but nothing’s working.

Any help or advice to prevent me throwing my Mac threw a window would be greatly appreciated.
