Text & Typography Component Sizing

I’m trying to use the max width settings for sizing both a text and typography component. I want to set the max size to a character limit.

When I do this, it works great in Elements, but when I preview, the text block is a different width than the typography component, even though they are set to the same character limit.

This is what they look like in the editor and preview.

Is there a bug that is making the text component wider than the typography one?

No, I assume it’s a setup issue. It’s really hard to diagnose and suggest fixes for projects without having the actual project to look at

I tested it in a new empty project, and it is behaving correctly there. I even copied over the two blocks of text that were not behaving in my page and they worked as expected. So I’m not sure what is going on.

Will dig into is some more.
