The joy of changing hosts: 404 resource Not Found

Having recently moved all my RWC sites from Network Solutions to GreenGeeks (with NS servers properly modified), I’m baffled to know why some of them refuse to load, with nothing more than a 404 error message. I did copy the sites using FileZilla’s SFTP, then used RW Classic 9.6.8 to republish each site in its entirety.

I’d be most grateful if someone would kindly suggest steps to resolve this problem.

Normally this is a wrong directory in the hosting panel selected for the site. Otherwise check if you have any redirects setup in an htaccess file or similar which you took over to the new servers.
