Want to redo a simple site that will be on an intranet at our institution. There is no PHP and it needs to work on Internet Explorer 11. Some users will use chrome, but IE 11 is the institutional standard. I am happy using one of the included themes, just not sure which ones will work under these restrictions. Thanks!
I would say more do than don’t. Generally speaking most do not require PHP except for contact forms , CMS systems and the like. If you stick with simple pages and don’t need the interaction with the server you should be fine.
