Thursday is Store Update Day: Before After Component

Hey All,

So here’s the plan. Every Thursday the Elements Store will get fresh updates. You’ll see a mix of free and paid products from us, plus new releases from third-party creators.

This week we’re adding “Before After”, a new component that lets you compare images and content with a smooth, modern slider. We’ve worked hard to make this component the best comparison slider on the web.

We’ve also been hard at work on updates to the Core Components, along with some nice updates to Elements. But they are not quite ready to launch today, stay tuned for that.

About the Before After Component

The Before After Component is a premium comparison tool. It gives you a clean, responsive slider that lets visitors drag to compare two images, or any other content. It’s perfect for agencies, photographers, designers, architects, and anyone who needs a clear visual before-and-after effect. It’s available now in the Element Store.

Watch the introduction video below to learn more.

We’ve put together a whole host of videos and details so you can quickly get up to speed with this new powerful component, check them out below:

Guys, I already know exactly what I want to do with this feature… One of our products is a cabinet with a touch screen display on the door. Inside are the real components that make our product work. I want to use it to expose what’s inside by sliding the handle or animating it. It’s an easy way to do like a cut-away view! Nice!

Looks good. Where to find it? It’s not listed in the marketplace - which look like only projects.

Also would be nice to have a button to go straight to marketplace from Start window. Without having to choose a project or new project.

That sounds like an ideal use for Before After

If you do add this to your site, do send over the url so we can see it in action
