Trouble ordering Hosting subscription

I am trying to order a subscription for Elements Hosting. When I go to purchase message says I need to verify my email. Go to my account and it says unverified email. I select resend verification email and I never receive it. I have checked spam and trash and I do not receive the email.

Thanks for posting on the forum, I actually sent you an email last night and just a few minutes ago from an alternate email address we have, but I’m not seeing that you are receiving those either. I’m wondering if it’s an issue with your Apple email account.

I did check our outgoing mail logs, and the verification email is getting sent successfully.

Do you have another email address you can try to verify with, like a Gmail address, or a custom email address tied to your domain name?

OK, I tried my Gmail account, and received the verification email right away. Went into my account and made the Gmail account my default account and deleted the email address that would not verify. Went back to pay for the hosting again, and I still get the “must verify my email” error.
