I am trying to transfer my dogyearz.com domain to you.
Alas, I am having the same problem that I tarted with - at the Elements Platfform site every time I try to login it says incorrect credentials.
If I go to setup an account it says that. the user name is in use/
When I change. the password I can do that but whatever password I use when I go to log in it says incorrect credentials.
I don’t know how to move forward.
