I purchased a Templays template and built a project in Elements using it. Recently Templays updated the template and I downloaded it. How do I move my existing project to the newer Templays template? There is no import, and drag and drop didn’t work.

You are always welcome. I am sorry to say that if we updated the original project version, you won’t be able to get updates for your current craft project.

@dan How is the process of updating templates which are used in existing projects managed? I think in the Classic version we could just install the new version and republished all?
The projects on the Marketplace are standalone files, there is no way to update these once they are in use by a user, especially as a user will take a project and customise it to their liking.
Projects should be seen as starting points, a way to jump into building a new website. They are not Themes (like in Classic).
They’ll be an update system for Components (and Dev Packs), but not project files.
