Fix “Open” Window Issue in RapidWeaver 7.x on High Sierra

A few of our users have reported a weird issue in High Sierra where opening RapidWeaver would result in an “Open” window that would render RapidWeaver useless and not let you open a project file (or use RapidWeaver at all). Here’s a screen grab of what that window looks like. We’re 95% sure this is a result of using a Mac utility tool (CleanMyMac, MacKeeper, etc).
