Elements was upgraded from Tailwind 3 to Tailwind 4, so you might have some outdated code that needs fixing up. Should be easy to fix though.
Are you using a custom theme or custom code?
Ohhh ok, Iāll fix this tomorrow then, hmm I have some custom code like a cookie/privacy consent for my visitors and a āācall meāā button. But I will check this
. Ohhh btw! You should give @differentdan a raise! He is always kind and very helpful. ![]()
Hey @dan,
I upgraded my Elements to the latest version but i see something odd. In the editor is my alignment all good but when i preview is it messy.
Whant can i do?
Greetings,
Mike
Iām guessing something is squiffy with your custom code.
Try removing your custom code and see if that fixes the issue⦠let me know how you get on.
Squiffy eh? I just learned a new word!
If you have applied āabsoluteā positioning to some elements in your layout, you will now need to apply ārelativeā positioning to their parent element. This should resolve that type of issue.
Hi @dan,
Deleting my custom code isnāt helping ![]()
Can I send you my project for feedback?

Is the mess created by pictures which doesnāt respect the size? If yes then select a picture and assign the size to it again - even it already has a size assigned.
Maybe it would help to show some screenshots.
I just tried to replicate what I see on screenshot 3 and 4 in the fleXon library. On my side with Elements 3 everything was as expected.
Can you please try to copy in a new section Features-007 from fleXon to your project. Does it behave correct or does it show the same behavior?
Good we found it ![]()
