What are my options

I have worked with Rapid Weaver, Foundation 6, and Total CMS1 for years, I think 15 years at least. Originally I came to Rapidweaver over 15 ago and used Nick Cates and Joe Workman templates.

Total CMS was a games changer, simple websites that via the admin panel a client could create as many pages as the wanted. Like this site, https://brynovationgundogs.co.uk

This site use 4 sections in the project file as below

My question is simple. Can you do this using elements?

Simply by going into the admin section online, create a new page/category and continue doing so all online as my client has done here for his dogs.

You could certainly build that site Elements with the Elements CMS :tada:

Ben has started recording a series of getting started videos for Elements CMS, well worth checking out.

But we’re always around to help should you need design and development assistance

Hi Dan

Do you have a video showing how you add a new page using your CMS?

Kind regards

Guy Woodland

If you add a new markdown file, that will become the new page in a collection. An example of this is a blog, or perhaps a portfolio with a separate page for each item.

Ben’s third CMS video here shows how you would do this for a portfolio collection.

I would recommend watching the Getting Started CMS series as this will give you a better idea how it all works and what’s possible

Hope that helps!
