I notice in the licensing, that you have to pay extra for a “resell” web site. What exactly is this type of web site? Can I not use elements to sell my products? Can I not accept payments via PayPal without this license?
What are the limitations imposed by this application for my business of selling products and services?
its if you create websites for others and charge them to do it. selling products is fine.

If you’re creating and selling websites to a client or third party, you’ll need to purchase a Pro license.
You are free to sell your own products on your website with all versions of Elements.
