6.4 I am waiting until I finish my next project before upgrading to 7.
6.4 too. Exactly the same feeling. I have a lot of happy clients right now. Iāll upgrade for sure but not now.
I am still using 6 & 7.
You are now able to preview blog posts & submitted form pages on RW7, unlike the previous versions. This omits the utilization of a live host in order to preview, which is a definite improvement on RealMacās part.
Running 7.0.4 and have moved all projects over. I use Transmit for publishing so have not run into the reported publishing issues. What I have found is a consistent bug that after working on a project and saving, the project will not save āāProject Not Savedā message, and the project has to be duplicated. Once itās duplicated, the publish to local folder loses itās link and cannot be reset. Choose folder just stays blank. The ONLY way to choose the local folder is to restart my Mac. This is a pain in the A⦠and has been reported in the bug forum. Otherwise I wish it were faster, and I wish there was a real ālive previewā ability. Safari local server view is nice, but RW takes an eternity to export changes for viewing either in Preview mode, or Live Preview. When you are making a lot of changes or experimenting back and forth it is a big time waster.
7.0.4 and no complaints. Its quicker and more intuitive. Initially had an export issue but its because of some new settings in RW7. Played about and soon had it working. Foundation is seamless. Very happy with it all.
I had some serious issues when I āupgradedā to El Capitain (lost email, software not working and a bunch of other stuff) so I downgraded my system. Now Apple is about to release a new operating system. I will wait until after that and see what issues others experience before I decide to upgrade Rapidweaver to version 7. Also, from what I see in the threads there are still some bugs to be worked out.

RapidWeaver 7 rocksā¦best version ever. Only minor bug ā and nothing that couldnāt be resolved in the blink of an eye.
Iām an old-timer⦠started using RapidWeaver when the version number was 3⦠long time and milestoles ago. Before the Stacks plugin was invented⦠but Iām glad I bet my money on the right horse⦠and not some mayfly like⦠whatās it called? WordPress or somethingā¦
RapidWeaver 7 reminds me why I fell in love with RapidWeaver the first time⦠every relationsship needs a little spice ā and thatās the Stacks plugin.
