I have been having problems with EXACT Hosting ever since day 1. This only speeded up my total move to ELEMENTS HOSTING. Over the last week I was at my final hurdle move my last domain elsewhere and set up an email that worked - simple you might think?
I have one main support ticket in with Exact and three others chasing up as it’s impossible to get any communication with them. I first set up a ticket in my CHILLIDOG Control Panel and this auto sends a response pointing you towards an EXACT Help Desk with no record in Chilli CP. This page you can not get into, you can not request a password reset as when you do NOTHING happens.
So my client does legal work as an expert witness and missed a deadline as he had no email, despite endless “HELP” requests with EXACT - 7 days later I’m still waiting a response - any response even an automated anything!
My client keeps phoning me and yesterday got to a point of “aggressive” which I fully understand but this is out of my control. I still await the IPS tag after 4 requests and sheer frustration.
Then yesterday my hero who I don’t know wears a cape or not as I never see him on Zoom calls helps me for about 1 hour at 1700 UK time - by this time he should have been sitting with a nice cool beer with his feet up - after cleaning his telephone box ready for his next adventure.
So last night after the call we had a working email hosted on the site where client wants to host. We still have a stuck domain waiting IPS but that can wait!
Last night my client thanked me and asked me to pay him - unusual you may think? Not for me his exact words where “you can pay me to get rid of me!” my response was “Bank transfer is on way!” 
Today I wake up stress free, no pain in the neck and my sense of humour restored all because of one person!
So the moral of the story is quite clear! If you want crap service, no communication, no auto responders working, incessant stress and angst from third parties, servers down during working day and not fixed for days then EXACT HOSTING is your company of choice.
